Meet the Scallywags training and behaviour team . . .
Claire is the proprietor of Scallywags School for Dogs since 2013. She originally came as a client with her 8 week GSD puppy Maddison in May 1994 and was hooked. Claire then found herself shadowing instructors and then taking puppy classes. Apart from a 2 year break, when she moved to Yorkshire to run her own boarding kennels and cattery, Claire has been with Scallywags ever since. Upon returning she shadowed Sally for behaviour consults and one to one lessons so that Sally could fulfill her dream of retiring. Claire is a professional full time training and behaviour consultant and conducts the training and behaviour consults, reactive dog group, agility classes, tracking sessions, and manages the fabulous team she is so proud of. She is a full member of the Pet Professional Guild. She has now been at the helm for 2 years and loves her “job”. Claire has 2 German Shepherds, River and Ghost, and 3 Cats, Harley, Guess and CJ. Sally has worked with dogs all of her adult life and founded Scallywags in 1991. She is presently enjoying a well earned retirement and spending more time with her own dogs, but still enjoys helping Claire where needed, advising new puppy owners and is available for behaviour consultations on a limited basis. Sally is a full member of The Pet Professional Guild.

And the rest of the team…
As well as all the brilliant trainers above, my lovely family are very much an important part of the Scallywags team. They work in the background, helping me run the business, keeping me sane, and putting up with my happy dog stories at the end of each day! Thank You xx
