I know sometimes when it's the 3rd walk of the day and the rain hasn't stopped I have a little grump but this is just taking it to the extreme!  Shocked

Scarily I was meet a lady who thought this was a good idea with a Land Rover Discovery and a Norfolk Terrier....sadly the terrier didn't come off too well.   undecided
 
Have to say quite enjoyed dragging myself out in the pouring rain the other day....dogs were having a ball and you can only get so wet.....at least that's what I kept telling myself  Cheesy

When we lived in Fareham a man used to drive down a the near by country lane with his dog running behind. He would drop him off at the begining and wait for him at the end!
