  • 1 lb of liver (lambs is best)
  • 8oz S.R. flour (approx.)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs. cooking oil
  • 2 tbs. water
  • Garlic (optional)
Liquidise the liver with the egg, oil & water. Mix with the flour to a dropping consistency and bake in a greased tin as a sponge. Dogs prefer it slightly undercooked. Will keep in the fridge for up to a week and freezes well.
