- 1 lb of liver (lambs is best)
- 8oz S.R. flour (approx.)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs. cooking oil
- 2 tbs. water
- Garlic (optional)
Liquidise the liver with the egg,
oil & water. Mix with the flour
to a dropping consistency and bake
in a greased tin as a sponge.
Dogs prefer it slightly
undercooked. Will keep in the
fridge for up to a week and
freezes well.
