Homestart for Puppies Advice on toilet training, grooming, chewing, puppy biting and excitability are included within the visit. We will also help you to understand how to start off basic puppy training and socialisation. This is ideal for puppies that have not had their vaccinations. £30 for a one hour visit

Puppy Classes

For puppies up to 20 weeks of age .All aspects of training covered and important early positive socialisation with people and other dogs. £65 for six weeks

Outdoor Puppy Romp

A weekly drop in class held at Thame. The classes focus on positive off lead interaction with other puppies and coming when called. The venue is totally secure so you can let your dog off lead in a safe environment. This is for puppies six months or under Classes are every Tuesday 10am till 11am £7 per dog per session no need to book

Training & Behaviour Problems

Training at Home

Problems such as pulling on the lead and not coming when called can be more effectively dealt with in the dogs own environment with expert help and support from a Scallywags instructor. If you would like help with one specific problem or a series of lessons covering all aspects of training this can be adapted to your individual needs. £30 for 1 hour assessment/lesson

SCALLYWAGS FOR FUN

Outdoor Recall and Socialising Class

Similar to the puppy romp but for dogs over six months. Teaching your dog to come when called in a controlled environment. Lots of off lead socialising fun with other dogs. Your dog must mix well with other dogs in for this class. This is also in Thame on a Tuesday 11am till 12 noon £6 per dog per session

Advanced Puppy/Beginners Class

For Puppies that have completed a puppy course where they can continue to expand their training. Also for dogs over six months that would like help with basic training. £65 for six weeks

Companion Class

For those who wish to continue the training and have fun with their dogs. Practical exercises, fun tricks and clicker training are taught in this class. £65 for an eight week course

Agility & Flyball

Agility Training is a great sport for fit and active dogs.

Winter

Prices £6 per dog per Hours class £5 per dog if you bring two or more dogs on the same evening £7 for a 30 min private lesson

We do not employ traditional training methods such as leash jerks and punishment nor do we perform miracles. Training your puppy or overcoming a behaviour problem requires a commitment from you.
